Santa Fe Grande
Santa Fe Grande plants produce colorful 3- to 5-inch fruit that matures from yellow to orange and finally red. The peppers have a mild, sweet, lightly smoky flavor with a bright fruity tang and gentle heat. Enjoy them fresh, fried, grilled, sautéed, stuffed, or pickled. Productive plants can yield up to 50 fruit. Also known as Guero chile pepper. Heirloom.

- Height: 18 - 24in
- Harvest: 80 - 90 days from transplant

Did you know? Humidity can reduce the viability of pepper seeds over time, causing seeds to stagnate. That’s why every seed pack includes a silica gel packet to help keep the seeds dry and fresh. To save seeds for next year, place the seed packet and silica gel packet together in a quart-size freezer bag, seal it, and store it in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
