Mini Red Bell
Sweet
Mini Red Bell are prolific plants, producing small, 1.5-inch fruit. Best when fully ripe, the peppers develop a concentrated, candy-like sweetness that is fruitier and sweeter than full-size bells. Their thick flesh makes them excellent for snacking, salads, and barbecue skewers. Heirloom.
Bell peppers are native to Central and Northern South America. After being brought to Spain in the 1490s, they spread throughout Europe and Asia, then later reached North America with early European settlers. Today, bell peppers are among the world’s best-known peppers, with dozens of varieties developed for gourmet cooking and everyday culinary use. Heirloom.

Did you know? Humidity can reduce the viability of pepper seeds over time, causing seeds to stagnate. That’s why every seed pack includes a silica gel packet to help keep the seeds dry and fresh. To save seeds for next year, place the seed packet and silica gel packet together in a quart-size freezer bag, seal it, and store it in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
