White Habanero
Very Hot
White Habanero peppers are native to Peru. The fruit starts light green, turns yellow, and ripens to creamy white. They have a crisp, fruity, citrus-forward flavor with tropical sweetness, floral notes, and a sharp, immediate burn that hits the tongue and back of the throat. Highly prized for gourmet hot sauces and for adding fiery heat to cream-based dishes without muddying their color. The fruit is also excellent in salsa, soups, marinades, pickled, or dried and ground for spice. Also known as Peruvian White Lightning Habanero, Aji Blanco, White Jellybean Habanero, and Habanero White Bullets. Considered rare. Heirloom.

Did you know? Humidity can reduce the viability of pepper seeds over time, causing seeds to stagnate. That’s why every seed pack includes a silica gel packet to help keep the seeds dry and fresh. To save seeds for next year, place the seed packet and silica gel packet together in a quart-size freezer bag, seal it, and store it in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
