Sweet Cherry
Sweet Cherry peppers are native to tropical Central and northern South America. Productive plants bear cherry-shaped fruit about 1.5 inches wide that ripens from green to cherry red. The thick, crisp flesh is sweet, fruity, and mildly tangy, with little to no heat. Enjoy them fresh for snacking and salads, sliced on pizza, stuffed with cheese, and are excellent grilled on barbecue skewers. Although classified as sweet, fruit can occasionally produce slight heat. Heirloom.

Did you know? Humidity can reduce the viability of pepper seeds over time, causing seeds to stagnate. That’s why every seed pack includes a silica gel packet to help keep the seeds dry and fresh. To save seeds for next year, place the seed packet and silica gel packet together in a quart-size freezer bag, seal it, and store it in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
